This outstanding luxury property boasts a phenomenal 27 metres of prime beach frontage. Designed to give an ultimately Traditional Thai experience, of the highest standards, the design of this five-bedroom villa is long and sleek – running down to the ocean’s edge. In the central area is the swimming pool faced at the top end by a relaxing indoor lounge room. The pavilion to the right of the pool contains three bedrooms, while the two other bedrooms are to the rear of the opposite pavilion and look on to a patio area. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.

To the front of the villa on the left, a fully fitted kitchen, the main dining and living areas overlook the pool, while a second dining area offers expansive ocean and pool views. Multiple outdoor living areas allow for seamless and easy transitions between indoor and tropical outdoor living and whether you wish to sunbathe, relax in the shade, enjoy dining al fresco, kick back and relax on comfy seating with your favourite music as you enjoy a cold drink or prefer the sounds of the soothing sea as you indulge in a Thai Massage, there are a range of outdoor areas here to suit all your needs.

The full-time staff at the property will be on hand to take care of you throughout your stay – the villa comes with a private chef, villa manager and housekeeping team. Impeccable service is their forte!  In-villa dining and beverage menus are available and in-villa massage can be arranged by your villa manager (the icing on the cake … each guest will receive a complimentary 1 hour massage treatment!)  The property is equipped with sound systems, TV’s, DVD’s and satellite connections.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

A full time private villa manger will be on hand throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The english speaking Manager will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way she can to make your holiday the best it can be!

LOCATION

This property is located on the north coast of Koh Samui, directly on Maenam beach. Maenam is a beautiful, idyllic beachside township which has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars and water sports. Once a week they host their “Walking Street Market” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic on these days and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.

Fishermans Village, in Bophut, is only a 5 minute drive away. Fishermans Village is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” .

Chaweng Beach (the largest town on the island) is only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Here you’ll find a comprehensive range of bars, restaurants and shopping as well as many of the activities Koh Samui has to offer.

The Pink Elephant water park, which is an instant hit with kids, is only a 5 minute drive away.

For golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is also only a 5 to 10 minute drive away.

Koh Samui’s International Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive away.

TERMS

• Rates shown are for up to 10 guests. Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed. Children under 12 years may be allocated an extra bed at no extra charge with daily complimentary breakfast.
• Additional guests are charged at USD 60 per person per night, including complimentary daily breakfast only.
• Please note that Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
• Check-in time is 15:00, Check-out time is 12:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure as the case may be.
• Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
• Private Chef service is complimentary daily when ordering from the In-Villa Dining menu. If a guest wishes to order food that is not on the menu, if available, the staff will buy it and prepare it for a similar price to other menu items (the Chef will confirm pricing to the guest prior to preparation).
• All beverages can be ordered from the beverage menu at the listed price.
• Guests are free to purchase and supply their own food and beverages at their own accord.
• It is a condition of the booking that the entire party of the Client is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).
• A fully equipped gym, 5 minutes walk from the property, is available for complimentary use
• Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
• All in-villa purchases are subject to a 7% tax surcharge.

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE

• Beverages which can be ordered from the beverage menu at the listed price.
• Meals ordered from the in-villa dining menu.
• The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay so that they are already in the villa prior to your arrival. Items are charged at the listed menu grocery price.
• 5 Star Western Chef services are also available (please ask us for rates).
