Two Kingsize bedrooms, two twin rooms and a kids bunk room (featuring 2 sets of bunk beds!), all ensuite with both indoor and outdoor shower options, are conveniently located around the private pool, ensuring that from each bedroom you can enjoy fabulous ocean views as well as being able to keep an eye on all the action around the swimming pool!
The villa has a large fully equipped Western style kitchen and a spacious open-plan lounge and dining room with a billiard table. Furthermore, there is a bar, BBQ, outdoor dining area and a shaded sala… the perfect spot for indulging in a massage or a sun-downer cocktail with spectacular views!

A full time English speaking manager who will also offer a concierge service is available for guests who require any advice or help to book any of the amazing excursions and activities Koh Samui has to offer or dining recommendations and help with booking dining tables, transportation, private chef services, babysitting, massage or laundry services and much more! An events co-ordinator is also available for guests hosting a special occasion at the property!
LOCATION
This property is located on the north-east coast of Koh Samui, directly on Bangrak beach. Bangrak is a beautiful, idyllic beach side township which has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars, shopping and water sports. Some of the islands most renowned dining spots are located in Bangrak, as well as one of the most famous tourist attractions on the island – Big Buddha, which can be seen from the beach directly outside the property.
The property has its own private chef, but if you would prefer to dine out there are a number of both Thai and Western cuisine options within walking distance.
A 7/11 convenience store and Tesco Express for grocery shopping are within walking distance.
Fisherman’s Village, in Bophut, is only a 5 minute drive. Fisherman’s Village is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic on these days and instead the streets are lined with entertainment and market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
Chaweng (the largest town on the island) is only a 10 minute drive away. Here you’ll find a comprehensive range of bars & nightlife, restaurants and shopping as well as many of the top activities Koh Samui has to offer.
The Pink Elephant water park, which is an instant hit with kids, is only a 15-20 minute drive away.
For golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is also only approximately a 15 minute drive away.
Koh Samui’s International Airport is approximately 10 minutes drive away.
TERMS

- Rates shown are for up to 12 guests. Children from 0-2 years sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Children 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed. Children under 12 years may be allocated an extra bed at no extra charge with daily complimentary breakfast
- Additional guests will be charged USD 60 per night, inclusive of complimentary daily breakfast
- Maximum no. of total guests is 16. Maximum no. of guest regulations as follows; For a group of adults only, the maximum capacity is 12 adults (please note: 4 adults will sleep in bunk beds) OR, for mixed groups of adults + children, the max is 8 adults + up to 8 children (please note: 4 children in bunk beds, 1 child in the upper level bed which is one level higher than the bunk beds, and 3 children on floor mattresses)
- Dining/seating facilities are provided for up to 12 guests. Parties larger than this wishing to stay here must understand this.
- Please note that Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Check-in time is 15:00, Check-out time is 12:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure as the case may be
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests
- Private Chef service is complimentary daily when ordering from the In-Villa Dining menu. If a guest wishes to order food that is not on the menu, if available, the staff will buy it and prepare it for a similar price to other menu items (the Chef will confirm pricing to the guest prior to preparation)
- All beverages can be ordered from the beverage menu at the listed price
- Guests are free to purchase and supply their own food and beverages at their own accord
- It is a condition of the booking that the entire party of the Client is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage)
- Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
- All in-villa purchases are subject to 7% tax surcharge
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Beverages which can be ordered from the beverage menu at the listed price
- Meals ordered from the in-villa dining menu
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay so that they are already in the villa prior to your arrival. Items are charged at the listed menu grocery price
- 5 Star Western Chef services are also available (please ask us for rates)
- Babysitting, massage/spa services (available on request)
- Tours & activities, vehicle rental, taxi services
- Limited laundry facilities exist on site and charges are made per item. Outside services are also available for a small service charge and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure
