There are 7 ensuite bedrooms (including two Master Suites), a communal lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, dining areas both indoors and outdoors, a private swimming pool running parallel to the beach, sun loungers and pool deck, grand tropical manicured private gardens and a gym – for those that want to keep trim after feasting on the sumptuous treats your private chef will prepare for you!

CONCIERGE SERVICES
An English speaking villa manager will be on hand throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The English speaking Manager will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way they can to make your holiday the best it can be!
LOCATION
This property is located on the north-east coast of Koh Samui, directly on Bangrak beach. Bangrak is a beautiful, idyllic beach side township which has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars, shopping and water sports. Some of the islands most renowned dining spots are located in Bangrak, as well as one of the most famous tourist attractions on the island – Big Buddha, which can be seen from the beach directly outside the property.
As well as an array of delicious Thai cuisine options there is a delicious pizzeria which will deliver to your door, and an Indian take-away (known as being the best on Samui by the locals here!) all only a few minutes walk away!
The nearest 7/11 and Tesco Express for grocery shopping are within walking distance of the property.
Fisherman’s Village, in Bophut, is only a 5 minute drive. Fisherman’s Village is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic on these days and instead the streets are lined with entertainment and market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
Chaweng (the largest town on the island) is only a 10 minute drive away. Here you’ll find a comprehensive range of bars & nightlife, restaurants and shopping as well as many of the top activities Koh Samui has to offer.
The Pink Elephant water park, which is an instant hit with kids, is only a 10-15 minute drive away.
For golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is also only a 15 minute drive away.
Koh Samui’s International Airport is approximately 10 minutes drive away.
TERMS
- Daily housekeeping service

- Linens/towels/pool towels are changed every 3 days
- Airport transfers are complimentary (two round-trips per booking)
- Unlimited Wi-Fi available throughout the property
- 1 Baby cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge. More may be available on request, and may be at an additional charge.
- A USD 750 security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit must be paid in USD cash, Credit Card deposits are not accepted. This is fully refundable if there is no damage to the villa or its contents. All damages must be paid for, even if exceeding the amount of the security deposit paid.
- Rates shown are for up to 14 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Additional guests may be accommodated on extra mattresses and are charged at USD 60 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests unless approved otherwise.
- Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed.
- The management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Check-out time is 11:00. Check-in time is 15:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure.
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
- Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
- Strictly no smoking in any indoor areas of the property.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Food cost on guest account (net grocery cost + 20% provisioning fee or 600 baht whichever is the greater)
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay or during your stay. Items purchased are charged at net cost + 20% service charge – minimum service charge is 600THB
