Magnificent teak wood combined with modern design blend together beautifully to create this elegant, inviting property. The sumptuous designer furnishings and modern gadgets provide the finishing touches in creating a property which has the ability to feel luxuriously comfortable, as well as providing the “wow factor”!
The property is laid out over 2 levels. The ground floor homes the Garden Suite, a walled-in garden with a manicured lawn and a spacious car port. A winding teak staircase invites you to the upper level, where you will enter the spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. A guest WC is located just off from this room, and there is a door from here which runs directly into the Master Suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped, very sleek and features a breakfast bar, a state of the art coffee machine and a large double door fridge-freezer. The lounge area is equipped with a 65inch flat-screen TV and very comfortable seating!
Floor to ceiling patio doors lead out from this grand space to a covered veranda, with a second lounge seating area and an outdoor dining area, which leads then further on to the spacious pool deck. Running parallel to the 10metre infinity edge swimming pool, are the 3 remaining bedrooms. Each bedroom features floor to ceiling glass patio doors allowing direct access to the pool deck as well as providing unlimited fabulous views out to the ocean and surrounding tropical beauty Samui is famed for! Indoors or outdoors, the views are hard to tire of!
The Master suite, which features an eye-catching circular bed also features a large, very inviting jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a moment of private relaxation or indulge yourself in the bubbles whilst enjoying the glorious ocean views! Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV and access to Netflix.
A very professional team of staff are on hand throughout your stay, to provide the finishing touch in ensuring your holiday here will be stress-free! Ever at hand, yet never in the way, the staff will provide a daily housekeeping service, serve your complimentary breakfast and help to arrange any extra services you may wish for during your stay; babysitting, in-villa massage, private chef services, transportation needs, booking excursions or dining recommendations and much more can easily be arranged for you!

CONCIERGE SERVICES
An English speaking villa manager will be on hand throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The English speaking Manager will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way they can to make your holiday the best it can be!
LOCATION
This property is located on the popular North-East coast of Koh Samui, on the hillside in Choeng Mon. Only a 10 minute drive will take you into the centre of Chaweng – the largest town on the island and within short walk you can be strolling along beautiful Choeng Mon beach.
In Choeng Mon town you will find many options for dining & shopping, and the nearby Chaweng has a vast array of nightlife, dining and shopping options. The location of this property is also easily accessible to many of Samui’s top attractions; football golf, beautiful beaches, ATV adventures, water parks, safari tours, Samui’s Elephant Sanctuary, water sports, stunning temples including Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem, boat tours and much more are all on offer close by!
Fishermans Village, in Bophut (10-15 min drive) is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic for this event and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
This property is a 5 minute drive from Samui International Airport and for golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is only a 15 minute drive away.
TERMS
- Daily housekeeping service
- Dedicated villa maid. English speaking Villa Manager is available during your stay. Access to other staff is on request and relies on availability (chef, spa therapists, babysitters, etc)
- Daily continental breakfast included
- Linens/bath towels are changed every 3 days. Pool towels are changed as required (maximum one per day per guest)
- Airport transfers are at an additional charge and should be arranged via the Villa Manager for your own ease
- Unlimited Wi-Fi available throughout the property
- 1 Baby cot and 1 high chair can be provided on request, free of charge
- A USD 800 security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit must be paid in USD cash, Credit Card deposits are not accepted. This is fully refundable if there is no damage to the villa or its contents. All damages must be paid for, even if exceeding the amount of the security deposit paid
- Rates shown are for up to 8 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years)
- Maximum possible occupancy is 8 guests + one child under 2 years.
- Please note that due to the idyllic location, the Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Check-out time is 10.30am. Check-in time is 15:00. Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated depending upon availability
- Only clients noted at the time of the booking may reside at the property as guests
- No fireworks or lanterns permitted
- Strictly no smoking in any indoor areas of the property
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Airport transfers – which should be arranged via the Villa Manager
- Private chef services are charged at 3000 THB per meal plus the price of the groceries required for the meal with a 20% service charge added to the net grocery price
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay or during your stay. Items purchased are charged at net cost + 20% service charge
- 5 Star Western Chef services are also available (please ask us for rates)
