The property is laid out over three levels. Entry via the main door leads into a striking open-air corridor, featuring a floating path over a fish pond and allows for your first tantalising glimpse of the remarkable views to follow! At the end of this path, two short stairwells, one each side of the path, each lead up to one of the bedroom suites. A further wide open-air stairwell leads down to the middle level which again houses two of the bedroom suites, one located each side of the stairs. From here, the stairwell continues down to the main living level and brings you into a generous open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area featuring an entire wall of floor to ceiling glass doors offering access out to the patio and pool deck along with dramatic views out to the ocean! The glass doors can be opened fully, allowing a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living and ensure that whether open or closed it’s hard to miss the scintillating scenery on offer!
The spacious covered patio with a range of relaxed seating merges with the pool deck. Sun seekers and those who prefer some shade each have a choice of where to relax and enjoy their time and from the pool deck an outdoor stairs brings guests down to a manicured lawn surrounded by tropical gardens, offering the perfect spot for soaking up some rays or hosting a special event. This in turn leads further down to a small beach and direct access to the warm and inviting sea!
Topping off the amazing panoramic views continually available from the main living level, each of the four bedrooms also feature simply stunning ocean views and each has patio doors leading to a veranda where the views can also be enjoyed along with a moment of privacy when desired! All bedrooms are very similar in amazing design, so when you stay here there is no need to draw straws to decide who gets the best facilities and views… everyone in your group will be equally delighted!

CONCIERGE SERVICES
An English speaking villa manager will be on hand throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The English speaking Manager and the live-in staff will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way they can to make your holiday the best it can be!
LOCATION
Located on the picturesque North East peninsular coast of this paradise island, in a stunning area called Plai Laem. With a rocky beach directly at the foot of the villa and an exclusive beach less than a 10 minute walk away and also conveniently located close to Samrong Bay, Choeng Mon Beach, Thongson Bay and Bangrak beach, beach and ocean lovers are spoiled for choice!
Only a 15 minute drive will take you into the centre of Chaweng – the largest town on the island with an abundance of shopping, dining and nightlife options and within a 5 minute drive you can be strolling along beautiful Bangrak beach – a beachside village which boasts a stunning beach and a fine selection of restaurants and bars.
The location of this property is also easily accessible to many of Samui’s top attractions; football golf, beautiful beaches, ATV adventures, water parks, safari tours, water sports, stunning temples including Big Buddha, boat tours and much more are all on offer close by!
Fishermans Village, in Bophut (approximately a 15 min drive) is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic for this event and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
This property is a 10-15 minute drive from Samui International Airport and for golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is only a 20 minute drive away.
The villa offers guests an oasis of calm and at the same time easy access to the bustling Fisherman’s Village in Bophut and to Chaweng’s nightlife, shopping and entertainment areas.
Six Senses Resort, local Thai restaurants and a convenience store are less than a 10 minute walk from the villa.
TERMS
- Daily housekeeping service
- Unlimited electric, water and gas included in the price
- Villa is fully staffed. Two staff live on-site in private quarters
- Daily continental breakfast including bacon, eggs and American style pancakes included in the price
- Linens & bathroom towels are changed every 3 days. Pool towels are changed daily as required.
- Airport transfers are complimentary (one round-trip per booking). Additional transfers are at guests own cost.
- Unlimited Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
- 2 Baby cots and 1 high chair may be provided free of charge.
- All damages must be paid for in full.
- Rates shown are for up to 8 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Up to 2 additional kids may be accommodated on foldaway beds at the Managers discretion and are charged at USD 60 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 adults + 2 children unless approved otherwise.
- Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed.
- Please note that due to the location within an Estate, Management prohibits excessively loud music/noise or any other anti-social behaviour.
- Check-out time is 11:00. Check-in time is 15:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability.
- Only Clients stipulated at the time of booking may reside at the property as guests.
- Strictly no smoking in any indoor areas of the property.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay or during your stay. Items purchased are charged at net cost + 10% service charge for each shopping trip.
- Chef services for meals other than breakfast are charged at 1500- 2000 THB per meal + net price of groceries required
