Nestled on a hillside in the sleepy area on the North East of Koh Samui called Bang Por, surrounded by lush, tropical beauty, this three bedroom villa is only a 10-15 minute walk from an idyllic beach. The location on the hill also ensures that from practically every room in the property, your eyes can feast on splendid panoramic ocean views! From sunrise through to the splendiferous sunsets, the abundance of natural beauty surrounding the property will be very hard to tire of!
However, it is not only the location of this property which is a real gem, the indoors are just as pleasing as the outdoors! Finished to European standards and decorated with chic imported furnishings, the property emanates a very lavish feel whilst still ensuring it feels pleasingly homely!
Arriving through the private gates, you’ll enter the property at the lower level with a car port for multiple vehicles and the private staff quarters. A stairwell from here brings you to the ground level. Here, the outdoor living space spreads out in front of you; a 15metre salt water infinity pool with hydro jets providing the main focal point. A spacious pool deck with varied sunbed and seating options, an outdoor shower, a built-in BBQ grill along with al fresco dining provide multiple options to enjoy the outdoor style of living Thailand so favours.
One ensuite bedroom with patio doors leading to the pool deck, a guest bathroom complete with shower and a huge entertainment room are also located on this level. The grand 100m2 entertainment room also has patio doors to the pool deck and features a bar, pool table, large smart TV, lounge seating and professional DJ and sound set up!
A second stairwell leads to the upper floor. A further two ensuite bedrooms are located here – each with access to a balcony and furnished with floor to ceiling windows to catch the stupendous views! The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge is also found on this upper level. This wonderful room has three walls of floor to ceiling glass – two of which have sliding patio doors. When open, the room is swathed in the natural breezes passing through and the views are quite remarkable!
The kitchen is equipped with all the basics required to prepare meals for your group along with luxury gadgets and features an island counter. There is an impressive wooden dining table with seating for 10 and the lounge area offers a smart TV, music docking options and comfortable seating.
During your stay you will be looked after by your private villa staff. Friendly and professional, they can be as discreet as you desire! Daily housekeeping and a daily breakfast service are included in your stay and a lunch service can also be provided complimentary – you need only pay for the groceries required to prepare the meal. Further concierge services are available on request and the staff will be on hand to do their best to ensure your stay here is enjoyable.

The staff and/or the owner will be available to provide a concierge service for guests who require assistance with car hire, additional chef services, massage, laundry services, babysitting, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. Both will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way they can to make your holiday the best it can be – and the owner is happy to share his favourite spots to make a bee-line for!
LOCATION
This property is located on the West coast of Koh Samui, in the luscious tropical mountains- in an area called Bang Por. If you are a lover of sunsets, Bang Por offers one of the best sunset views on the island.
Along the beachfront (450metres from the villa) there are numerous restaurants serving both fresh seafood and traditional Thai delicacies. Within a short drive of the villa (1km) is a 7/11 convenience store.
The major town of Nathon is only a 15 minute drive away where you can find a Tesco supermarket, restaurants, bars and plenty of shopping, and likewise the idyllic beachfront village of Mae Nam offering a superb beach, a weekly walking street market and multiple restaurants and bars is also only a 15 minute drive away.
The largest town on the island, Chaweng, is located on the East coast of Samui, approximately 30 minutes drive away. Chaweng offers an array of dining, nightlife and shopping options, as well as many of the tourist attractions Samui has to offer.
Options for water sports, horse riding, ATV adventure trails, Waterfall and Safari Tours, Boat snorkelling trips to the neighbouring small islands, Butterfly farms and many more activities can all be found within a 20 min drive or less.
For golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive away.
Koh Samui’s International Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away.
TERMS

- Towels and bed linens are changed every 3 days. Pool towels changed daily if required.

- Electricity usage is included in the price
- Laundry service can be provided by the in-villa staff at no additional charge, dependant on availability of the staff. Guests are kindly requested to remember that if the staff are using the machines for their personal laundered items, it may be possible that they cannot launder the villa towels and linens
- Baby cot and High chair provided free of charge on request. Please notify us before arrival if required
- A THB 10,000/ USD 320 (or equivalent currency) security deposit must be paid. This is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the villa. Please note, all damages must be paid for in full, even if the amount due is more than the security deposit paid
- Rates shown are for up to 6 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years)
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and one baby under 2 years
- Check-in time is 15:00. Check-out time is 11:00. These times can be flexible, subject to availability, at no additional charge
- Unlimited Wi-Fi internet available complimentary throughout the property
- Strictly no smoking inside any rooms – ample outdoor space and balconies for smoking
- Events must be pre-approved by the Management. Additional charges may be applied if events are approved
- Pets may be allowed, but must be pre-approved by the Management. The Management reserve the right to decline requests for pets to stay on the premises
- 2 dogs live on-site. One may be removed during your stay if desired, the other lives there permanently (he is blind, and does not enter the guest living quarters). Both dogs are very friendly!
- Professional DJ equipment in the property may not be available, and if available is strictly only for use by persons who have experience using the equipment and under the pre-approval of the owner. There are alternative music docking options which are always available to guests
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Private chef service available for meals outside of the complimentary breakfast and lunch services: Per meal, charged at 1000thb Service Charge for the chef + the net price of groceries used + 300 THB service charge for grocery shopping
- We would be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay. An additional 300 THB Service Charge will be charged
- Wine list available at an additional charge
- Taxi transfer services to and from the property, are not included but should be arranged by the Villa Manager at an additional charge.
