This fantastic pair of villas is located in Chaweng, approximately a 5 minute drive from famous Chaweng Beach and close to many of the major tourist hotspots that Samui has to offer.
Sleeping up to 14 guests combined, these 2 side by side villas are the perfect choice for large families or a group of friends who want to be close to the heart of the action in Samui at an affordable price !
VILLA 1 is a 4 bedroom / 4 ensuite villa with a private pool (and onsite live-in cleaner).
VILLA 2 is a 2 bedroom / 2 ensuite villa with a private pool. Located right next door to Villa 1.
So in total your group will have access to 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools !

FACILITIES:
– Maid cleaning every day (other than Sunday) is included in the rental price. Change of towels is twice weekly. Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Villa 1:
4 ensuite bedrooms featuring Double or King sized beds. On the upper level, one of the bedrooms also has a single bunk bed. There is also a single foldaway bed which can be used (for extra cost). Therefore the maximum capacity of this particular villa is 10 guests.
Villa 2:
2 ensuite bedrooms featuring Double Beds. Maximum capacity of this villa is 4 guests.
Please note that the advertised pricing is for up to 12 guests however up to an additional 2 guests may be accommodated in the 4 bedroom villa for an additional USD 40 per person per night (sleeping in the upstairs bunk bed and also a single size foldaway bed). Increasing the maximum occupancy of both villas combined to 14 guests.
OTHER:
We do recommend that guests hire a car during their stay to explore everything that Koh Samui has to offer. Alternatively, we can recommend local taxi drivers who can pick you up directly from the villa and take you wherever you would like to go.
Private Thai chef services are available on request and can be quoted by the Villa Manager.
If you would like us to pre-purchase some items prior to your arrival such as milk, bread, coffee, tea, cereal, fruit, beer etc., please let us know and we’ll make sure that these items are in the villa in advance of your arrival. Guests should reimburse the Villa Manager for these expenses upon arrival. Such expenses are charged at cost price + 20 per cent (shopping receipts shown).
Airport or Ferry terminal transfers are available and will be quoted by the Villa Manager after arrival details are provided.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times may be flexible subject to availability.
Only those guests registered at check-in are permitted to sleep at the villa.
Excessively loud music/noise is prohibited or any other anti-social behaviour that is likely to disturb neighbouring properties.
