CONCIERGE SERVICE
A full-time English speaking Residence Manager is available to offer a concierge service.
Services include vehicle hire/ taxi services, chef services, babysitting services, in-villa massage, laundry services, tour & activity bookings, local dining options and general advice on what to do and see in Samui.

- Located on the North-East coast of Koh Samui, on a hillside in Choeng Mon
- 5 mins to the Choeng Mon picturesque beach with soft white sands and lovely sea for swimming. Fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars & water sports.
- Location is easily accessible to paddle boarding tours, football golf, numerous beautiful beaches, ATV adventures, water parks, elephant sanctuary, water sports, stunning temples including Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem and boat tours. All on offer within 10/15 min drive
- 10 min drive to centre of Chaweng, largest town on the island.
- Fishermans Village, in Bophut (approx a 15 min drive) is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional – very popular for the once a week street market!

TERMS
- Daily housekeeping
- Dedicated villa maid. English speaking Villa Manager available during your stay. Access to other staff within the Estate on request and relies on availability (chef, spa therapists, babysitters, etc)
- Daily cold continental breakfast included in the price. Hot breakfast can be provided at an additional charge of USD 5 per person, per breakfast.
- Linens/towels/pool towels changed every 3 days
- Airport transfers complimentary (one round-trip per booking)

- 1 Baby cot & 1 high chair provided free of charge
- A USD 500 security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit must be paid in USD cash, Credit Card deposits are not accepted. This is fully refundable if there is no damage to the villa or its contents. All damages must be paid for, even if exceeding the amount of the security deposit paid.
- Rates shown are for up to 8 guests (incl children but excl one infant under 2 yrs). Additional guests may be accommodated on foldaway beds charged at USD 60 per person per night. Max occupancy is 10 guests unless approved otherwise.
- Please note that due to the location within an Estate, Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed.
- Check-out 11:00, Check-in 15:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure.
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
- Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
- It is a mandatory condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage.)
- No fireworks or lanterns permitted within the grounds of the Estate.
- Strictly no smoking in any indoor areas of the property.
- Pets may be granted access to the property, dependable on type and size of pet. Any pets MUST be given pre-approval by the management prior to arrival.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Private chef services are charged at 1650 THB plus 10% service charge per meal, plus the price of the groceries required for the meal (groceries are charged at net price plus either 600THB or 15% service charge, whichever of the two amounts is greater)
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay or during your stay. Items purchased are charged at net cost + 15% service charge – minimum service charge is 600THB
