The property is laid out over 4 levels. Wide sandstone outdoor stairwells connect each level, offering tropical surroundings and views as they guide you from one level to the next. The entry level (uppermost level) has a carport with space for 2 vehicles. From here the property is set into the hillside, running gently down the hill. The second level houses the 3 Kingsize bedrooms, which all feature floor to ceiling windows allowing for great views! The Master Suite features a private veranda. 2 of these upper ensuite bathrooms feature large terrazzo outdoor bathtubs as well as the indoor showers.
The third level brings you to the impressive indoor lounge. A very spacious, airy room with 3 walls of floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass patio doors which offer lovely panoramic views from sunrise through to sunset! A balcony runs around the room. The lowest level brings you to the equally if not more impressive outdoor living level. Thai culture very much favours an outdoor way of life and with the facilities offered on this delightful level you will certainly find it easy to enjoy bringing the indoors outdoors! The area features a covered (open walled) lounge and dining area which leads into the fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen has 2 sections of open wall. A 15 metre swimming pool and pool deck with sun loungers is also located here and a sala is situated alongside the pool. The lounge and dining area is fitted with ceiling fans and there is an amplifier for music docking options.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
An English speaking operations manager will be on hand when required throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager can offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The English speaking Manager will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way they can to make your holiday the best it can be!
LOCATION
This property is located on the popular North-East coast of Koh Samui, on the hillside in Chaweng. Only a 5 minute drive will take you into the centre of Chaweng – the largest town on the island and within a 5 minute drive you can be strolling along beautiful Choeng Mon beach.
In Choeng Mon town you will find many options for dining & shopping, and the nearby Chaweng has a vast array of nightlife, dining and shopping options. The location of this property is also easily accessible to many of Samui’s top attractions; football golf, beautiful beaches, ATV adventures, water parks, safari tours, water sports, stunning temples including Big Buddha, boat tours and much more are all on offer close by!
Just a few minutes walk further up the hill you will find a simple Thai restaurant. Dine on delicious Thai food while soaking in the superb views or ask for a take-away and dine from the comfort of your own villa!
Fishermans Village, in Bophut (approximately a 15 min drive) is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic for this event and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
This property is less than a 5 minute drive from Samui International Airport. The property offers views over the airport – enjoy watching the planes arriving and departing while sipping on a cocktail from your pool! Despite the proximity to the airport, the noise pollution is surprisingly minimal.
TERMS
- Daily housekeeping service
- Dedicated villa maid. An English speaking Villa Operations Manager is available during your stay. Access to other staff on request and relies on availability (chef, spa therapists, babysitters, etc)
- Daily cold continental breakfast included in the price. A hot breakfast can be provided at an additional charge of $5 per person, per breakfast.
- Linens/towels/pool towels are changed every 3 days
- Airport transfers are complimentary (one round-trip per booking)
- Unlimited Wi-Fi available throughout the property
- 1 Baby cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge. More may be available on request and may be at an additional charge.
- A USD 500 security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit must be paid in USD cash, Credit Card deposits are not accepted. This is fully refundable if there is no damage to the villa or its contents. All damages must be paid for, even if exceeding the amount of the security deposit paid.
- Rates shown are for up to maximum 6 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Additional guests may be accommodated in extra bedrooms on request or on foldaway beds at an additional price. Max 6 bedrooms available.
- Please note; for peak & high seasons the price quoted includes use of 6 bedrooms and up to 12 guests. Discounted rates for these seasons are not available. (Over Xmas/NY, CNY & Golden Week in Oct).
- Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed.
- Check-out time is 11:00, Check-in time is 15:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure.
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
- Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
- Strictly no smoking in any indoor areas of the property.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Private chef services are charged at 1650 THB plus 10% service charge per meal, plus the price of the groceries required for the meal (groceries are charged at net price plus either 600THB or 15% service charge, whichever of the two amounts is greater)
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay or during your stay. Items purchased are charged at net cost + 15% service charge – minimum service charge is 600THB
