TERMS

• Full housekeeping service every 4 days
• Linen/Towels/ Beach towels changed every 4 days
• 2 staff live on-site in private quarters
• Rates shown are for up to 6 guests (incl children). Maximum 6 guests.
• It is advised the bunk room is only used to host children, not adults, however the owner is happy to host 6 adults as long as the bed layout is understood
• Electricity quota of 50 kWh per day provided complimentary. Excess use charged at 10 THB per KWH. Meter readings taken at check-in & check-out.
• No smoking indoors
• Excessively loud music/noise or any anti-social behaviour prohibited after 11 pm
• Check-in from 15:30. Check-out before 10.30 (times may be flexible subject to availability)

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE

• Airport transfers. Fixed base price of 500 THB per transfer + 100THB per guest
• Babysitting services; 150 THB p/hr for 1 child, 200 THB p/hr for 2+ children
• Breakfast available at a set price of 100 THB per person + net price of groceries
• Chef service available; per meal – 1200 THB + net price of groceries
