The four bedroom sumptuous villa boasts not only fabulous surroundings, interiors and the best of service, it is also located directly on a stunning beach – the property boasts 14 metres of absolute beach-frontage.
Three pavilions, connected by covered pathways, surround a colourful tropical garden complete with ornamental pond. One pavilion houses a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms as well as indoor and outdoor showers. In the pavilion to the left of the garden the European style fully equipped kitchen, dining area and the comfortable lounge area offering spectacular beach and ocean views are to be found. The luxurious master bedroom is located within the privacy of its own pavilion, to the rear of the property, which overlooks the beautiful tropical gardens.
To the front of the property, running alongside the beach, is a beautifully maintained lawn, with a Thai style sala. The sala features a massage day bed, dining table & seating as well as comfortable seating options. There are also ceiling mounted fans to aid the relaxing sea-breeze in keeping you cool as you relax or entertain! As well as the Sala, running adjacent to the indoor living area is a versatile open air living veranda – featuring a bar, fridge, sink, comfortable seating, sun beds and a stereo system with ceiling mounted speakers which are iPod and laptop compatible.
Running from the garden alongside the pavilion housing the outdoor and indoor lounge area, is a generous swimming pool, which uses a salt water chlorination system. Alongside the pool is a decking area with sunbeds and an outdoor shower.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
A full-time English speaking manager will be on hand to help you throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will cover is to offer a fully comprehensive concierge service, giving advice and assistance in booking car/taxi hire, chef services, tour bookings & activities, massage services and general advice on what to do and see in Samui .
LOCATION
This property is located on the north coast of Koh Samui, directly on Maenam beach. Maenam is a beautiful, idyllic beachside township which has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars and water sports. Once a week they host their “Walking Street Market” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic on these days and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
Fishermans Village, in Bophut, is only a 5 minute drive away. Fishermans Village is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” .
Chaweng Beach (the largest town on the island) is only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Here you’ll find a comprehensive range of bars, restaurants and shopping as well as many of the activities Koh Samui has to offer.
The Pink Elephant water park, which is an instant hit with kids, is only a 5 minute drive away.
For golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is also only a 5 to 10 minute drive away.
Koh Samui’s International Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
TERMS
- Daily housekeeping service

- Rates shown are for up to 8 guests. Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed. Children under 12 years may be allocated an extra bed at no extra charge with daily complimentary breakfast.
- Additional guests are charged at USD 60 per person per night, including complimentary daily breakfast only.
- Please note that Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Check-in time is 15:00, Check-out time is 12:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure as the case may be.
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
- Private Chef service is complimentary daily when ordering from the In-Villa Dining menu. If a guest wishes to order food that is not on the menu, if available, the staff will buy it and prepare it for a similar price to other menu items (the Chef will confirm pricing to the guest prior to preparation).
- All beverages can be ordered from the beverage menu at the listed price.
- Guests are free to purchase and supply their own food and beverages at their own accord.
- It is a condition of the booking that the entire party of the Client is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).
- A fully equipped gym, 5 minutes walk from the property, is available for complimentary use
- Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
- All in-villa purchases are subject to a 7% tax surcharge.
