TERMS

• Full housekeeping service every 3 days
• Linen/Towels/ Beach towels changed every 3 days
• Rates shown are for up to 6 guests (including children). 1 additional guest may be accommodated on a foldaway bed or in a baby cot on request.
• Electricity quota of 50 KWH per day provided complimentary. Excess use charged at 10 THB per KWH. Meter readings taken at check-in & check-out.
• No smoking indoors
• Excessively loud music/noise or any anti-social behaviour prohibited after 11pm
• Check-in from 14:00. Check-out before 10.00 (times may be flexible subject to availability)

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE

• Airport transfers. Fixed base price of 500 THB per transfer + 100THB per guest
• Babysitting services; 150 THB p/hr for 1 child, 200 THB p/hr for 2+ children
• Additional housekeeping services 250 THB for 2hrs
