Located on a hillside within a luxury Residence on the NE peninsula of Koh Samui the location offers proximity to many of Koh Samui’s top spots while being surrounded by beautiful nature and glorious azure blue ocean views.
The property is laid out over 3 levels. The entrance level houses a garage, a laundry room and one ensuite Queensize bedroom. From here a stairwell leads up to the splendid living level. The indoor living space houses a guest bathroom, a spacious open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area complete with a walk-in pantry. Patio doors which can open wide to provide a seamless transition to the outdoor living area lead invitingly out to the pool, pool deck and outdoor lounge. The outdoor space is equipped with a bar, BBQ, sunbeds, beanbags and a lounge set. There is a shaded section with ceiling fans to aid the gentle sea breezes in keeping you cool. The pentagon shaped infinity pool is located to one side of the outdoor living area, making it perfect for parents who want to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying time at the outdoor lounge. The property also features a selection of children’s games and books, including some pool toys to help keep the younger guests in your group happy!
The indoor lounge is equipped with a 50 inch Smart TV, IPTV connection, Sonos, DVD player and an amp with Bluetooth connection which links to speakers both inside and outside on the patio! Likewise, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons and cooking facilities that could be expected to help make your holiday as easy as possible!
A second stairwell leads from here to the upper level which features 4 ensuite bedrooms; 2 Master Suites (one King and one Queen) located at the front of the property with a shared balcony and both offering superb ocean views, and a further 2 bedrooms to the rear of the property, one more Queen and a family room which features a Queen bed and a raised bunk style single bed. This room is perfect for kids, equipped with a small tipi tent (always a hit with younger guests!), books and toys.
The professional and friendly team of staff in the Residence will provide a housekeeping service along with any extra help, services or suggestions required to help make your holiday run smoothly!

CONCIERGE SERVICES
An English speaking villa manager will be on hand throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The English speaking Manager will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way they can to make your holiday the best it can be!
LOCATION
This property is located on the popular North-East coast of Koh Samui, on a sloping hill on a peninsula in an area called Plai Laem.
Close to three gorgeous beaches; Samrong Bay Beach is only 150m walk from the villa, Choengmon Beach (5min drive) and Chaweng Beach (15min drive). The airport is 15 minutes drive from the house.
A 15 minute drive will take you into the centre of Chaweng – the largest town on the island which offers an array of shopping, dining, attractions and nightlife and in Choeng Mon town (5 min drive) you will also find many options for dining & shopping. The location of this property is easily accessible to many of Samui’s top attractions; football golf, beautiful beaches, ATV adventures, water parks, safari tours, water sports, stunning temples including Big Buddha, boat tours and much more are all on offer close by!
Fishermans Village, in Bophut (approximately a 15 min drive) is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic for this event and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
TERMS
- Housekeeping service every 2 days.
- Linens and bathroom towels changed every 4 days. Pool towels changed every 2 days.
- Access to other staff within the Residence is on request and relies on availability (chef, spa therapists, babysitters, etc)
- Arrival airport transfer is complimentary (one way trip, one trip per booking). Return transfer is on the guests own cost.
- Unlimited Wi-Fi available throughout the property
- 1 Baby cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge on request. More may be available on request and may be at an additional charge.
- A USD 550/ THB 17,500 security deposit is required at check-in. This is fully refundable if there is no damage to the villa or its contents. All damages must be paid for, even if exceeding the amount of the security deposit paid.
- Rates shown are for up to 11 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Additional guests may be accommodated on foldaway beds, and are charged at USD 60 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is 11 guests unless approved otherwise.
- Please note that due to the location within an Estate, Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Check-out is 12:00, Check-in is 15:00. Early arrival/late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival/departure.
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
- Strictly no smoking in ANY areas of the property, indoors or outdoors.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Electric is charged at 7thb per unit. This may be deducted directly from the security deposit paid at the end of your stay.
