STUNNING MODERN ARCHITECTURE
The villa itself is faultless with a fully equipped kitchen, sea view dining room and ample open plan living space. Access to the upper floor is via a beautiful curving stair case. Here you will find 2 large double ensuite bedrooms, together with a living space with sofa and TV situated centrally between the two. Both sunny bedrooms can be considered as Master Bedrooms, both with panoramic sea view terraces and ensuite with the galleried Master Bedroom having its own spacious Jacuzzi bath. They also feature a flat screen TV and a wide selection of satellite channels. The bathrooms are worthy of praise as they are all beautifully designed, extremely spacious and add to the five star feel of the villa.
Back on the ground floor, there is a stand alone king sized ensuite bedroom that has been stylishly furnished with satellite TV and other modern conveniences. From here you can enjoy jaw dropping ocean views thanks to the custom designed doors that open up to a central covered walkway.
Central to the villa houses the main living area which is ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. This thoroughly well thought out and designed area has a flat screen satellite TV, games console and state of the art stereo system. In addition, there are large comfy sofas and a superb selection of movies for the young or young at heart. To the front is the main living area that has further large and comfortable seating and opens up on the pool terrace and al fresco dining area. To the right is a sumptuous dining area that has been furnished with a large teak dining table
The large infinity pool runs parallel to the ocean together with an entrance to the beach. The terrace is the perfect size for outdoor living and entertaining and is a great spot for soaking up the sun and admiring the perfect sunsets right in front of the villa each and every night. You will love having a beachfront BBQ and sit each evening watching the sunsets over a cocktail or two.

LOCATION
- The villa is located directly on Lipa Noi beach on the stunning, pristine west coast of Koh Samui, approximately 40 minutes drive from Koh Samui International Airport and just 20 minutes from the bustling township of Lamai.
- Only 5 to 10 minutes drive from the major township of Nathon where there is a wide range of shopping available including a Tesco supermarket, ATM’s, Chemists and restaurants.
- Lipa Noi beach has fine white sand and there are no rocks or coral in the water, making it one of the best beaches for kids on the island. The water is also very shallow for up to 100 metres out
- The villa is located on a quiet beach with nothing to worry about other than the surf and the sand and a gentle afternoon breeze.
- There are several local and international dining options in the area, including the world famous Nikki Beach Resort, which hosts regular events and offers guests world class dining options.
- Our Villa Manager will be pleased to recommend various restaurants according to your tastes, both in the local area and beyond.
