Baan Arun is a stunning 4 bedroom ocean view villa which enjoys fabulous views over Choeng Mon Beach. If you’re looking for a villa in a prime location, with all of Samui’s major tourist hotspots within close proximity, then look no further. This incredibly affordable villa is the perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends. Close to Koh Samui’s finest beach, shopping, restaurants and bars, you’ll never want to leave this island oasis !
The villa offers guests a wonderful fusion of East meets West, with all the space that a large travel group will ever need. There is an expansive living room, fully equipped kitchen, a poolside sala / bar, and a magnificent infinity swimming pool. Plus there are multiple outdoor terraces where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views and natural surroundings.
Comprising two separate buildings, the main building contains an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area that seats 8 guests. The living area boasts a flat-screen television with satellite channels, a DVD-player, a Hi-Fi system and comfortable sofas to laze around on when it gets too hot outside. The sliding doors open onto a large terrace that is fully equipped for afternoon lounging in the sun and for hosting evening barbecues while enjoying the stunning view over Cheong Mon Bay. This building also features two of the four self-contained double bedrooms with king-size beds, en suite shower rooms and direct access to the pool deck.
The second building comprises the master bedroom with its en suite and an outside bathroom with a rain shower and bath overlooking the bay, plus the fourth bedroom, with two twin beds and an en suite.
The pool deck has a stunning 15m infinity swimming pool. It also has a rock waterfall next to the bar area where your whole group can unwind and relax. The poolside bar is the heart of the villa, the perfect place to enjoy the cocktail of your choice.
The villa has 2 resident staff on hand to ensure that the villa is kept clean. We do recommend car hire to give you complete freedom of movement during your stay with us, however the villa does have a small car for staff use. They are happy to drop off / pick up guests (during day time hours) in the surrounding area to the local beach / shops. This is a very rare service that not many villas in Samui can offer.

LOCATION
- Choeng Mon is a beautiful, idyllic beach side township on Koh Samui’s north-east coast. It has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars and water sports. It is one of the most picturesque, tranquil and family-safe beaches that you will find anywhere in Koh Samui.
- The tourist hot spots of Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village are only 10 minutes away.
- Koh Samui’s International Airport is only a 10 minute drive away.
- Bars and restaurants are less than a 5 minute drive from the villa.
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE
- Accommodation for up to 8 guests. We can cater for up to 2 additional guests in single foldaway beds for an additional USD 50 per person per night.
- Daily continental breakfast.
- One airport transfer each way.
- Daily Cleaning. The villa has 2 resident cleaning staff.
- Linen change twice weekly. Towels as necessary.

OTHER
- A security deposit of USD 500 (or equivalent currency) is required at check-in. This is returned to the guest at the end of their stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
- Under no circumstances will groups of more than 10 people be allowed to stay in the villa.
- Only those persons registered on the check-in sheet are permitted to stay in the villa.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability.
- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
- Please note that the Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour that may disturb the enjoyment of other guests in the estate.
