Situated just south of Lamai beach, this villa offers amazing views at incredible value, overlooking the Lamai Bay area, on the South-East coast of beautiful Samui island.

The swimming pool is surrounded by ample seating areas so you can enjoy each morning’s sunrise and relax throughout the day. There are plenty of shaded areas also for when the Thai midday sun becomes a little too much.
BEDROOMS
The villa offers 4 Master Bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. 3 of these spacious bedrooms are situated on the top floor, offering superb ocean views.
The 4th en-suite bedroom is poolside on the middle floor, next to the spacious living room / dining and kitchen areas.

Rental rates are for up to 8 guests. An additional 2 guests may be accommodated using single size foldaway beds for extra cost.
SPACIOUS LIVING
On the main living level lies the living room equipped with Satellite TV and a large Flat Screen LED TV, dining room for 12 people and a full western kitchen all overlooking the breathtaking ocean views and infinity swimming pool.
The villa is fitted with the state-of-the-art lighting throughout and offers the latest mod-cons in the kitchen area.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
The Guest Management concierge team are arguably the best on the Island and are always ready to assist to ensure the vacation is as perfect as possible. The Concierge team can arrange for private transportation, at your discretion.
LOCATION
Located on the south western coastline of Koh Samui in Lamai, the villa has a perfect environment that really suits a retreat like holiday. The location at Lamai is just 2km from the beach, and a 10-minute drive to Namuang with Chaweng a 15-minute drive away. Namuang is famous for its tropical beauty and a tall waterfall that is one of the islands most visited attractions.
Lamai Beach is Samui’s second-largest resort area after Chaweng. It is quieter and less bustling than its big sister, but still with plenty of accommodation, dining and shopping options, and some great spas and tourist sites to explore.
The general atmosphere is laid back and Lamai has slightly older, and by extention cheaper tourist facilities than Chaweng, although there is some indication that the area is slowly being rejuvenated. Along with the rest of Samui, there is a steady trend away from the ‘cheap and cheerful’ toward smarter, high-end accommodation and dining facilities and new resorts in Lamai.
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Private Chef @ 1,500 THB per setting (guest pays cost + 20% for food)
- Airport transfers (700 THB for up to 10 guests, 1,400 THB for 11+ guests
- Baby cot and high-chair (available at small fee)
- Babysitting, massage & spa services (available on request)
- Chartered boat services (available upon request)
- Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage

- Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
- As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 or 15,000 THB (cash only).
- Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
- Check-in is after 3PM. Check-out is 11am.
