The villa has been fabulously designed; It gives a light, breezy and spacious feel whilst still feeling unmistakably cosy and charming. It is very unique – utilising mainly imported furnishings, with an avid attention to detail, the owners have seemingly effortlessly combined traditional Asian artworks and antiques with modern comforts, giving their property a wonderful fresh, relaxed and designer feel – very different to any other villa on the island! Most importantly to their guests, despite the fact this property is located directly on one of the most popular beaches on the island, the villa still feels immensely private, and offers a haven of privacy and an idyllic retreat from the busy world we all live in.
The villa is built on 3 levels, and each of the 5 bedrooms is en-suite. A fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable seating lounge area, dining area, library and one bedroom are on the ground level, with the remaining bedrooms, the second lounge area and the jacuzzi deck being on the upper floors. With a private swimming pool, roof top jacuzzi deck, private gardens, large sun terraces, bedroom balconies and direct access to the beach, we imagine a large portion of your time here will be spent enjoying the tropical outdoor life Samui is famous for and the amazing ocean and sunset views this property offers!
The villa also has it’s own fabulous team of staff on hand to cater to all your needs during your stay here, including a superb English speaking manager.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
A concierge service is available for guests who require assistance with car hire, massage, chef services, excursions and activites, booking of tables at restaurants and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. LOCATION
Prime location in Fishermans Village!!
Bophut – Fishermans Village- is a beautiful, idyllic, beachside township on Koh Samui’s north coast, offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. It has a wonderful choice of beachfront restaurants, bars, shopping, spas and water sports. Twice a week Fishermans Village hosts their “Walking Street Markets” – a range of roadside market stalls offering an array of food & drinks, souvenirs, clothing and live entertainment! The town is always buzzing on a Walking Street evening!
Chaweng (the largest town on the island) is only a 10 minute drive away. Here you’ll find an even more comprehensive range of night-life, restaurants and shopping.
The Pink Elephant water park is only a 10 minute drive away.
For golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive away.
Koh Samui’s International Airport is 5 minutes drive away.

- Linens/Towels are changed every 3 days. Pool towels are changed daily.
- Airport transfers are provided complimentary (one round-trip per booking)
- 2 baby cots and high chairs available for use- the first is provided complimentary. Second used at an additional charge
- A USD 1,000 security deposit is required at check-in, and must be paid via credit card ONLY. This is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the villa. All damages to the property must be paid for in full, even if the amount due exceeds the security deposit.
- Rates shown are for up to 8 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Additional guests may be subject to an extra charge- this must be discussed at the time of booking. Maximum 10 adults possible.
- Please note that Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behavior. This property is not suitable for events/parties.
Check-in time is 14:00. Check-out time is 10:30. These times can be flexible subject to availability - Unlimited complimentary drinking water is provided
- Rates quoted are inclusive of Service Charge, Tax, Water, Gas and Electric.
- Strictly no smoking inside the property
- Guests are informed that during the “Waking Street” events, the street directly outside the villa will take part and have a wonderful range of street stalls and vendors on it. Although this is perfect for ease of access if you wish to enjoy the market, this does mean the street incurs more noise than is normal, and it can sometimes be heard from within the villa. The Walking Street stalls will close at 23:00.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Private Thai chef services at 1,765 THB per meal service + plus grocery/ingredient cost + 20% Service Charge (of the grocery charge). If you require lunch & dinner service the chef charge is 2500 THB + grocery/ingredient cost + 20% Service Charge (of the grocery charge).
- We would be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance or during your stay. Items are charged at cost price plus 20% (receipts provided) unless the cost of the shopping is less than 1000 THB, in which case a 300 THB Service Charge is added to the grocery cost.
- 5 Star Western Chef services are also available (please ask us for rates).
