This delightful 3 bedroom villa is situated in a peaceful estate just a moment away from the truly charming white sandy beaches of Lipa Noi. This modern villa has its own private pool with beautifully decorated outdoor area. In addition to the spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, there is an open-planned living space with a sofa, LCD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

BEDROOMS
This villa offers 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and King-Sized beds. All bedrooms offer pool access.
The villa sleeps up to 6 guests however 1 additional single sized foldaway bed can be added for extra cost.
LOCATION
Restaurants serving local and international dishes, beachfront bars and cafés can be all found within 1 km from the property. Nathon, the capital of Samui is a 5 minute drive away. There you will find a wide range of shopping including a Tesco Lotus supermarket, chemists, major banks / ATMs. It is also the location of the islands largest bus and ferry service terminals.
5 STAR MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Guest Management concierge team are arguably the best on the Island and are always ready to assist guests. They can assist guests with car / bike hire or tour bookings if required. Private massage, spa and chef services are available upon request.

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Airport transfers are charged at 900 Thai Baht per vehicle each way.

- Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage
TERMS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
- A USD 500 or 15,000 THB cash security deposit is required at check-in. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
