Each of the villas has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests (so 20 guests in total). To be clear, this particular listing is priced for 2 villas which are only 20 meters apart (one behind the other). It’s a fantastic choice for large groups who want to stay close to each other.
These delightful 4 bedroom villas are an architectural masterpiece and located in Koh Samui’s south coast. Just minutes away from the island’s main ring road and close to some of the islands best beaches, waterfalls, elephant trekking and more. The property has a dynamic composition that hugs the tropical hillside, fanning out to capture the natural environment.
The location of the villas is considered the ‘real samui’ by many locals. With year round warmth and fine weather, these contemporary villas provide an effortless harmony between indoors and outdoors.
Living ‘Thai’ style is about spending relaxing time outdoors with private sunny pools and terraced gardens. These hideaway villas provide all of this and more. Complete with private swimming pools and south facing sun decks to give the perfect living experience enhanced by doors that open fully onto deep covered terraces. Opening these doors brings the outdoors inside.
The 2 villas combined consist of;
8 stunning double bedrooms.
• Both villas have 3 ensuite bedrooms plus a 4th bedroom with a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. A total of 8 King Sized Beds and 8 Bathrooms. Up to 4 additional single sized foldaway beds can be added for an extra fee.
• Fully fitted, open modern style kitchens and living rooms.
• Large glass terrace doors opening out onto a deep covered terraces.
• 2 x 13 m swimming pools with outside decking.

Two resident staff live in quarters at the rear of property 2.
A comprehensive range of concierge services is available including private chefs, car hire and tour bookings. All of these services are available through our English speaking Villa Manager who is on call to assist you with anything that you may need during your stay with us.
LOCATION:
The villas are located in Namuang. Nearby Lamai, with it’s huge range of bars, restaurants and shopping is only 7 minutes away. The buzzing excitement of Chaweng is only a 25 minute drive away. Also located within a short drive is the charming fishing village of HuaThanon.
TERMS:
• Gas and Water usage is included in the nightly rate.
• Regarding Electricity. There is a ‘fair usage policy’ of 240 kw of usage per day. This allowance is adequate to cover normal ‘night time’ usage of air conditioning units in all bedrooms. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. If guests use more than this allowance they will be charged 6 baht per additional kw used, payable to the Villa Manager at check-out.
• A USD 500 (or other currency equivalent) cash damages security deposit is required. This is refunded to the customer at check-out as long as there is no damage to the villas.
• Airport Transfers cost 1,000 That Baht per minivan each way for up to 9 guests with luggage. The drop off point is approximately 100 meters from the villas and a staff member will greet guests on arrival and welcome them to the villa. Groups larger than 9 guests will require multiple vehicles.
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas of the properties. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited
• No lanterns or fireworks are to be used on the premises.
• Guests should not move furniture from one villa to the other.
• Cleaning is twice weekly including linen/towel change
• Pricing is for up to 16 guests. Up to an additional 4 guests can be accommodated in single size foldaway beds for an additional USD 30 per person per night. A maximum of 10 guests may be accommodated in each of the villas. Please note that extra beds may only be used in the bedrooms, not in the lounge or living areas. The lounge suite is not to be used a bed.
• 3 night minimum stay with the exception of Xmas/New Year (7 night minimum stay)
• Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. These times may be flexible subject to availability.
• If you would like to host a party or special event at the villa, please contact us prior to booking as approval is required and a surcharge may be applicable.
