The beaches of Choeng Mon, Thongson Bay and Samrong Bay are only a few minutes drive away so you will have plenty of options to choose from. You can look forward to spending long & lazy days on the sands of these beaches, with the cocktail of your choice and perhaps indulge in a Thai massage.
With high quality teak outdoor furniture throughout, open and inviting terraces, a huge 15 meter swimming pool surrounded by extensive gardens and lawned areas, the villa offers guests an exclusive, relaxing and private holiday experience.
STUNNING INTERIORS – WHERE EASTS MEET WEST
The living room is spacious with a high wooden ceiling and comprises of a large sitting and dining area.
Adjacent to the living room there is a TV room with a comfortable sofa, bean bags and a desk. This independent area has a large flat screen TV with Home Theater system, Satellite TV receiver, and a selection of board games, inviting groups to spend time together.
Also adjacent to the living room, there is a large kitchen with modern amenities and appliances.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION
- The villa can accommodates up to 8 guests.
- 6 guests can be accommodated in the 3 large ensuite bedrooms (two are double bedrooms and one is a twin bedded toom). Two bedrooms have an inter connecting door, ideally suited for guests with children.
- Two additional single foldaway beds can be added to the bedrooms, allowing a maximum of 8 guests to stay at the villa.
- All bedrooms have air conditioning and a terrace to while away the balmy evenings with a good book and a cocktail, whilst enjoying the magnificent sunset views.
SPACIOUS OUTDOOR LIVING / ENTERTAINMENT AREA
The outdoor living area compliments the indoor living perfectly. The living room doors lead out to a huge covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge. A barbecue is available for guest use, making outdoor entertaining a breeze !

Nestled in the North East hillside of this paradise island, only 15 minutes drive from the Airport and conveniently located close to Samrong Bay, Choeng Mon and Thongson Bay beaches.
The villa offers guests an oasis of calm and at the same time easy access to the bustling Fishermans Village in Bophut and to Chaweng’s nightlife, shopping and entertainment areas.
Convenience stores are only a 5 minute drive from the villa.
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE
- Unlimited electric and water usage
- Fulltime resident on-site staff (daily cleaning / maid service)
- Bed linen changed twice weekly, pool towels changed as necessary.

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE

- Car/Bike rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage
- Taxis are also readily available throughout Koh Samui
TERMS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A USD 500 or 15,000 THB (cash only) security deposit is required from guests at check-in. This is refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
- Smoking within the villa is not permitted however ashtrays are provided for outdoor areas.
- Only those persons stated prior to arrival have permission to stay at the villa.
