Laid out over 3 pavilions, the property is perfect for families or groups of friends who are looking for an idyllic retreat which is perfect for either a relaxing holiday or used as a base for those who wish to venture out and explore Samui’s delights – the best of both worlds!
The first pavilion has two floors and houses the Kingsize Master bedroom on the upper floor, complete with its own private balcony, and a guest bathroom on the ground floor for easy access from the pool.
The second pavilion houses two ensuite bedrooms – a Queen and a Twin. These rooms have an interconnecting door, which can also be locked, providing the perfect set up for parents who want to be able to keep an eye on their kids easily.
The final pavilion houses a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan lounge and dining room. The lounge/dining area has patio doors which can open wide leading out to a covered veranda with access to the pool deck and an outdoor dining area. Underneath the lounge is a second Twin suite. This room can be used as a self-contained unit – perfect for grandparents or a second family who need a little more privacy from the group. It features a main front entrance, as well as a rear entrance to the pool deck, so that although privacy is offered, those staying in the room can still integrate fluidly and be an integral part of the group when desired.
The private swimming pool also has a shallow children’s area and the deck surrounding the pool is spacious and equipped with sun loungers. There is also a Bamboo sala, overlooking the pool, providing a fabulous shaded area. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens and is fully walled-in, providing a safe environment and also a greater sense of privacy.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
A full time private villa manger will be on hand throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The english speaking Manager will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way she can to make your holiday the best it can be!
LOCATION
This property is located on the popular North East coast of Koh Samui, on the hillside in Choeng Mon. Only a 10 minute drive will take you into the centre of Chaweng – the largest town on the island and within a 5 minute drive you can be strolling along beautiful Choeng Mon beach.
In Choeng Mon town you will find many options for dining & shopping, and the nearby Chaweng has a vast array of nightlife, dining and shopping options. The location of this property is also easily accessible to many of Samui’s top attractions; football golf, beautiful beaches, ATV adventures, water parks, safari tours, water sports, stunning temples including Big Buddha, boat tours and much more are all on offer close by!
Fishermans Village, in Bophut (approximately a 15 min drive) is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic for this event and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
This property is a 5 minute drive from Samui International Airport and for golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is only a 15 minute drive away.
TERMS
- Daily housekeeping service
- Dedicated housekeeping staff and access to a full team of staff on request
- Daily continental (cold) breakfast included in the price. Cooked breakfasts are not available.
- Linens/towels/pool towels are changed every 3 days
- Airport transfers are complimentary (one round-trip per booking)
- Unlimited WiFi available throughout the property
- 1 Baby cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge. More may be available on request.
- A USD 500 security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit must be paid in cash, Credit Card deposits are not accepted. This is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the villa. All damages must be paid for, even if exceeding the amount of the security deposit paid.
- Rates shown are for up to 8 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Additional guests are charged at USD 65 per person per night. Maximum 10 guests plus an infant in baby cot.
- Please note that due to the location within a Residence, Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed.
- Check-out time is 11:00, Check-in time is 15:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure.
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
- A communal tennis court, a 5 minute walk from the property, is available for complimentary use
- Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
- No fireworks or lanterns permitted within the grounds of The Residence.
- Strictly no smoking in any indoor areas of the property.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Private chef services charged at 1650thb + 10% service charge per meal plus cost of groceries to prepare any meals ordered (charged at net cost +10% service charge with a minimum charge of 600thb)
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay so that they are already in the villa prior to your arrival. Items are charged at net cost +15% service charge – minimum charge 600thb
