With a 20 metre swimming pool and extensive outdoor entertaining areas, this villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. Due to its prime location on the West Coast of the island, this superb villa enjoys the most amazing sunsets all year round.

TERMS
- Free Electricity, Water and Gas usage.
- Free Daily Breakfast. Your choice of full American Breakfast or Thai style.
- Free Fruit Basket on arrival.
- 8 Bottles of Complimentary Drinking Water per day.
- Cleaning is provided daily. Bed linen is changed every 3 days and towels changed as required.
- Advertised pricing is for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are charged at USD 70 per person per night.
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
- A 10,000 baht security deposit (or equivalent currency) is required at check in. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage caused to the villa.
- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
GETTING AROUND
Taxi/Minivan service can be arranged from the villa to any location on the island. We provide you with the contact details so that you can book transport directly.
LOCATION
Nathon, the capital of the island with its shops, banks, restaurants, bars and a Tesco supermarket is a mere 3 min drive away. Or you can walk there in only 15 minutes.
You can find virtually everything that you need for your stay in the surrounding area and it is recognised as the cheapest place on the island to shop. Although the township is walking distance from the villa, we recommend that guests hire a vehicle(s) so that they can explore the island at their leisure.
There are beautiful beaches with safe shallow swimming less than 5 mins drive away.
