Each of the villa’s 5 bedrooms are furnished with the utmost style and include all mod cons such as air conditioning and mini fridges. Beyond the tasteful decor, each room has an en-suite which includes a wonderful free flowing rain shower and stainless steel fixtures.

GUEST SERVICES
- The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy during your stay, whilst the English speaking Manager is available to cater for all of your specific needs.
- Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary. Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
- On site Thai Cook with shopping list available. Food cost on Guests account. Terms & Conditions may apply for chef service.

- Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage, with free baby and booster seats available on request

- The villa is located in the prime Bophut hillside.

TERMS
- As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 or 15,000 THB (cash only) security deposit. This is refundable at the end of the guests stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times may be flexible subject to availability.
