The home’s Thai-style teak with a French fusion is apparent throughout, encouraging a sociable yet civilized arrangement where East meets West. A STYLISH POOLSIDE OASIS
Central to the villa is its lush green, spacious outdoor living area with 11-meter private swimming pool, bar, sala and sunbeds. There is plenty of outdoor space to drink your morning coffee by the pool, sunbathe after breakfast, lunch lazily under the canopy, heat up in the sauna, sip sunset cocktails in the Jacuzzi, and spend quiet evenings reading under the gentle breezes of the sala ceiling fan.
EN-SUITE BEDROOMS
There are 5 spacious, air conditioned en-suite bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms feature King sized beds. The remaining 3 bedrooms have Single beds and a sofa bed.
The standard bedding configuration sleeps up to 10 guests however an additional 2 single sized foldaway beds can be added (for extra cost) to increase the capacity to 12 guests.
SPACIOUS LIVING
The main pavilion has an open planned upper area with spacious lounge and kitchen overlooking the rest of the property and offers inside dining for all. Down one level is the large swimming pool together with pool-side bar with unforgettable panoramic sea-views. A family room is equipped with Flat Screen TV and large book collection.

LOCATION
The villa is located in the tropical mountain on the north west of the island, only a 5 minute drive from the major township of Nathon and just a 30 minute drive from the International airport.
Major shopping such as a Tesco Supermarket, ATM’s and clothing/craft shops can be found in the nearby township of Nathon.
The local beach has some excellent restaurants where you can sample local Thai cuisine and fresh seafood. The panoramic sea-views are incredible, with daily sunsets across the coastline.
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE
- Unlimited electric and water usage
- Fulltime on-site staff (daily cleaning / maid service / groundsmen)
- Bed linen changed twice weekly, pool towels changed as necessary.

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Airport transfers are available for 850 Thai Baht each way per vehicle.
- Private Chef (evening) @ 1,000 THB per setting (guest pays cost + 20% for food)

- Chartered boat services (available upon request)
- Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage
TERMS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A $500 or 15,000 THB (or other currency equivalent) damages security deposit is required at check-in. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
- Prices are quoted for up to 10 guests. Up to an additional 2 guests may be accommodated on single size foldaway beds for an additional USD 60 per person per night.
