The villa consists of two levels with 4 stunning double bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 to 3 have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has a bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

A comprehensive range of concierge services is available including private chefs, car hire and tour bookings. All of these services are available through our English speaking Villa Manager who is on call to assist you with anything that you may need during your stay with us.
LOCATION
Lamai, with it’s huge range of bars, restaurants and shopping is only 5 to 8 minutes away. The buzzing excitement of Chaweng is only a twenty minute drive away. Also located within a short drive is the charming fishing village of HuaThanon.
TERMS
• Gas and Water usage is included in the nightly rate.
• Regarding Electricity. There is a ‘fair usage policy’ of 120 kw of usage per day. This allowance is adequate to cover normal ‘night time’ usage of air conditioning units in all bedrooms. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. If guests use more than this allowance they will be charged 6 baht per additional kw used, payable to the Villa Manager at check-out.
• Airport Transfers cost 1,000 That Baht per minivan each way for up to 9 guests with luggage. The drop off point is approximately 100 metres from the villa and a staff member will greet guests on arrival and welcome them to the villa. Groups larger than 9 guests will require multiple vehicles.
• Laundry service is available for 50 Thai Baht per kilo.
• Cleaning is twice weekly including linen/towel change.
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas of the property. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited
• No lanterns or fireworks are to be used on the premises.
• Pricing is for up to 8 guests. Up to an additional 2 guests can be accommodated on single sized foldaway beds for an additional USD 30 per person per night. Please note that extra beds may only be used in the bedrooms, not in the lounge or living areas. The lounge suite is not to be used as a bed.
• Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times may be flexible subject to availability.
• If you would like to host a party or special event at the villa, please contact us prior to booking as approval is required and a surcharge may be applicable.
• 3 night minimum stay with the exception of Xmas/New Year (7 night minimum stay)
