CONCIERGE SERVICES

A full-time English speaking manager will be on hand to help you throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will cover is to offer a fully comprehensive concierge service, giving advice and assistance in booking car/taxi hire, chef services, tour bookings & activities, massage and babysitting services and general advice on what to do and see in Samui .

LOCATION

Located on the picturesque South coast of Koh Samui, off the beaten tourist trail, in the stunning, quiet area of Taling Ngam. Nestled on a hillside, surrounded with coconut trees and tropical gardens with direct access to a beautiful (practically private!) beach, in a small beautiful bay.

The nearest large town- Nathon – is approximately 15 minutes drive. Nathon is a popular spot for shopping at very competitive prices, and home to the largest ferry port on the island. There are a number of dining options in Nathon.

 There is a large local market approximately 5 minutes drive from the property – for fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat or prepared Thai dishes and there are some small local restaurants nearby.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the picturesque traditional fishing village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has a beautiful beachfront lined with Thai restaurants and some options for Western Cuisine, and an array of Thai Longtail Boats waiting to whisk you away for a wonderful tour of the local islands!

The famous Nikki Beach is a 10 minute drive away – superb spot to enjoy a Sunday Brunch in particular.

Safari adventures, butterfly farms, watersports, Horse riding on the beach, ATV adventures, Samui Aquarium, boat tours and many more activities can be found within 15 mins drive from the property.

Lamai, the second largest town on the island, is approximately a 20 minute drive from the villa. Chaweng, the largest town on the island is also approximately 40 minute drive. Both Lamai and Chaweng offer an array of dining, nightlife, shopping and activities.

Koh Samui airport is approximately a 40 minute drive away.

TERMS

• Daily housekeeping service
• Complimentary daily continental breakfast
• Linen/Towels are changed every 3 days. Pool towels are changed daily as required
• Villa’s own vehicle may be used complimentary for short trips close by the property (local shopping trips or visiting local restaurants etc). This vehicle may only be used with the staff driver- guests may not drive themselves. For all other transport needs, the staff can help you arrange taxi’s/vehicle hire as required
• One airport transfer per booking is included complimentary (round trip)
• 1 Baby cot and 1 High chair are provided free of charge. Additional cots or high chairs may be available, subject to an additional charge
• A USD 1,000 (or equivalent currency) security deposit is required at check-in. This is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the villa. All damages must be paid for in full, even if exceeding the security deposit paid.
• Rates shown are for up to 8 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Additional guests are charged at USD 120 per person per night (a maximum of up to 2 additional foldaway beds may be added)
• Check-in time is 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00. These times can be flexible subject to availability.
• Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the property
• No charge for private chef services, guests must pay for groceries required for any meals, with a 15% service charge additional fee
• Bathroom amenities supplied and replenished as required during housekeeping rounds
• Strictly no smoking inside the property
• Strictly no fireworks
• Guests are not permitted to hang wet clothing on the railings – clothing rails can be supplied by the staff
• Events guests wish to host here must first be approved by the Management

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE

• Meals ordered from the in-villa dining menu (or alternatively groceries required for the villa chef to prepare any additional meals you would like to order during your stay – charged at grocery net price + 15% service charge). Breakfast ingredients complimentary
• We would be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay so that they are already in the villa prior to your arrival. The groceries will be charged at net price + 15% service charge
• 5 Star Western Chef services are also available (please ask us for rates).
