The villa is very private with only one other villa in the nearby area, with the rest of the surroundings being coconut palms and ocean views. This amazing location commands some of the very best sunset views on the island. Perfect for a late afternoon cocktail on the spacious terrace and a get together with family and friends.
Guests have the exclusive us of a beautiful 10 x 5 metre infinity pool, Bose sound system, plasma tv, high speed fibre optic wi-fi internet, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has 2 fabulous full time live-in staff who will look after you throughout your stay and make sure that your dream Samui holiday is truly memorable.

A professional management company takes care of the villa and they can arrange airport transfers and a wide range of concierge services to make sure that your holiday is extra special and hassle free.
LOCATION
Situated in the village of Ban Makham in the north west of the island, the villa is perched on a stunning hillside about 1km from the beach and commands delightful sea views.
Only 3km from the world famous Four Seasons Resort. There are bars and beachfront restaurants within a 3-5 minute drive of the villa. Tesco Supermarket and a wide range of shopping outlets (including ATMs) is only a 5 minute drive away. There are also many spas in the local area that are available at a reasonable cost.
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE
Accommodation for up to 8 guests (including children).
Daily villa cleaning.
Linen and towel change weekly.
Free high speed WI-FI throughout.
Electricity, Water and Gas usage.
Digital Safe in Master Bedroom.
Use of a baby cot and high chair if required.
Toilet paper and soap is provided for the duration of your stay.
Use of the property’s BBQ.
Washing machine and dryer for guest use.
Welcome pack on arrival which includes basic grocery items.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE

Airport Transfers cost 1,000 Thai Baht per vehicle each way for up to 4 guests with luggage
Optional Thai chef services are available as follows;
Breakfast Options:
Option 1: Continental Breakfast (available for 200 Thai Baht per person per day). This package includes; A fresh fruit platter with juice, coffee/tea, toast with jams and spreads (bread rolls etc. can be arranged) and yoghurt.
Option 2: Full Breakfast (available for 250 Thai Baht per person per day). This package includes; All items listed in Option 1 plus eggs (cooked to your liking), hash browns plus crispy bacon.
Lunch & Dinner Options:
If guests would like lunch or dinner prepared there is a chef charge of 2,500 Thai Baht per meal service + ingredients cost.
TERMS
Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behavior
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability
A USD 300 (or other currency equivalent) damages security deposit is required at check-in. This is returned to the customer at check-out as long as there is no damage to the villa.
