This Thai style oasis is nestled among a beautiful tropical garden, situated on a quiet street in one of Koh Samui’s most sought after areas in the South East of the Island. It is the perfect choice for large families and groups who want to experience the ‘Real Samui’ in a private and tranquil setting.
This very unique property features 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 swimming pools, a large private walled in garden with a sala (perfect for massage!) and has all the space that a large travel group will ever need. Located just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with safe, shallow swimming, within walking distance to a selection of restaurants & bars and within close proximity to the tourist hotspot of Lamai – where there is a wide range of shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife and tourist attractions. This property is perfect either as a base from which to head out and explore, or a haven of retreat!
One of the fabulous things about this property is the layout of the accommodation which provides large groups with their own space and privacy. Designed as separate pavilions dotted around the property, the bedrooms offer a great deal of privacy for all guests.
The main pavilion has two bedrooms (King bedroom and Single bedroom), two bathrooms, living room with cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three additional accommodation pavilions, two with Kingsize ensuite bedrooms one with a double ensuite bedroom. Each of the bedroom pavilions is equipped with air-conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV and each have beautiful views of the tropical gardens. Each bedroom except the single bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and the double bedroom has a lounge area with a Wii console for guests use.
As well as the bedroom pavilions, there is a separate pavilion housing the main European style fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans, oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, rice cooker, filter coffee machine, cooking accessories and a selection of condiments. There is also a charcoal BBQ, and with so much wonderful garden space to enjoy, the BBQ is a very popular choice with guests staying here! (If you prefer to relax and be pampered on your holiday, the Guest Relations Staff who will greet you on your arrival and be available to help throughout your stay can help you arrange a private chef service – let a team of experienced chefs come and prepare some delicious meals for you!)
As well as helping with any private chef services you would like, the Guest Relations team will also be available to help provide information and aid in booking taxi services or vehicle hire, massage, laundry & babysitting services, tours and activities available on the island, recommendations for fabulous dining or entertainment options and much more!
The 5 pavilions are built around two swimming pools, set in a fabulous tropical garden and there are numerous terraces and balconies for entertainment and dining, including a massage pavilion, fish pond and waterfall feature.
To be totally clear, when you rent this property you are getting the entire space and grounds all to yourself. Your group is assured of absolute privacy. There is no better value property on the island for large groups.
BEDROOMS
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are in the same pavilion with a King and a Single size Bed.
Bedroom 3 has a King Size bed
Bedroom 4 has a King Size bed and in the small lounge area outside the bedroom a single bed
Bedroom 5 has a Double Size bed
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have their own separate pavilion.
- All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms except for bedroom 2 (there is a bathroom allocated to this room only seconds from the door of the bedroom).
- The above is the standard bedding configuration sleeping 10 guests. However additional guests can be accommodated using foldaway beds, mattresses and a fold out sofa lounge.

LOCATION
The property is situated just a 2 minute walk from the unspoiled and secluded Natien Beach.
The exclusive X2 Resort and Spa is just 100 metres away, and Shiva Beach Resort is a 10 minute walk away. Guests have the option of enjoying meals and drinks at both of these resorts. Excellent venues for an afternoon cocktail and both family friendly !
The major township of Lamai is only a 5 minute drive away. You’ll finds lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife here. Makro Supermarket is only a 3 minute drive away. Best prices on the island ! 7-Eleven & Family Mart are within walking distance or just a 2 minute drive away. Local Thai restaurants, massage shops and street vendors are within a 10 minute walk of the property.
The Butterfly Farm, Namuang Wateralls, Mummified Monk, Hin Ta Hin Yai, Water Sports & Sky Fox are all within a 10 minute drive of the property.
Chaweng is approximately a 20 to 25 minute drive away.
Koh Samui Airport is approximately a 35 minute drive.
TERMS
- Accommodation for up to 12 guests (including children but excluding one baby in cot)
- House keeping service every 5 days – extra housekeeping available at 500 THB per day surcharge
- Linen and towel change weekly
- Free Wi-Fi throughout property
- A security deposit of 7,000 baht (or equivalent currency) is required at check-in. This is returned to the guest at the end of their stay as long as there is no damage to the property.
- Water and Gas usage included in the rental rates
- English speaking Concierge Services available
- Use of a baby cot if required
- An initial supply of toilet paper & soap provided
- Use of the property’s charcoal BBQ included
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability
- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas
- Please note that the Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour that may disturb the enjoyment of other homes in the surrounding area.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Airport Transfers @ 1100 baht per vehicle each way. Maximum 9 guests per vehicle. Please ask us for a price if your group will be arriving by ferry
- Private Thai chef services available for breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners
- We would be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay so that they are already at the property prior to your arrival. Items are charged at cost price plus 20%-receipts provided (Min. surcharge 350 THB)

Chartered boat dive services - Car / Bike rental can be arranged
- Electricity is charged at 5 baht per unit. Meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of the guest’s stay
- Taxis / Van hire can be arranged as required by guests. Or guests can use the local Song-Thaews (public transport) which is a low cost option for exploring the island. These are available just a 2 minute walk from the villa although the timetables are not regular!
