- The property is just a 5 minute drive to famous CHAWENG BEACH where you’ll find a huge choice of bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Not to mention the stunning beach !
- Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to FISHERMAN’S VILLAGE with it’s quaint selection of shopping, restaurants and bars. Don’t miss the Friday night market which is very popular with visitors year round.
- The TESCO Supercentre and the CENTRAL Shopping Mall are less than 5 minutes away should you feel the need to do indulge in some retail therapy.
- Koh Samui INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is only a 10 minute drive away.Although close to the action, the villa is located in a quiet street with very little passing traffic / noise. It really does offer guests the best of both worlds !

This modern villa consists of 6 ensuite bedrooms, open plan kitchen and dining room. The exterior of the property consists of a generously sized terrace with a large private pool, sun loungers, gas BBQ and a sala with outdoor table, chairs, TV and Bluetooth sound system. Perfect for outdoor relaxation, entertaining and a great place to enjoy the cocktail of your choice !
This well equipped villa will suit large families or groups who would like to enjoy the Chaweng beachside lifestyle.
We do recommend that guests hire a car (which we can pre-book for you upon request at very competitive rates) to explore everything that Koh Samui has to offer. Alternatively, we can recommend local drivers who can pick you up directly from the villa and take you anywhere that you would like to go.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
- All 6 en suite bedrooms feature King sized beds. Sleeps up to 12 guests (including children).
- Up to 2 additional guests can be added for an additional USD 40 per person per night. Additional guests are accommodated on single size foldaway beds which can be placed in the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 respectively. These bedrooms are both located in the main part of the villa. The maximum capacity of the villa is 14 guests (including children).
TERMS
- Airport transfers for up to 8 guests (with luggage) are available for 600 baht per vehicle each way. This is payable directly to the driver.
- Nightly rates included Electric, Water & Gas Usage
- Check-In time is 3 pm and Check-Out time is 11 am. These times may be flexible subject to availability.
- A USD 300 damages security deposit (or another currency equivalent) is required at check in. These funds will be refunded in full at check out as long as there is no damage the villa.
HOUSE RULES
- Guests are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition at check-out. Guests who do not leave the property in a clean and tidy state may be charged a cleaning fee at check-out.
- Only those guests registered at check-in are permitted to stay at the villa.
- Please note that management prohibits excessively loud music/noise or any other anti-social behavior that is likely to disturb neighboring properties.
- No Parties/Events allowed.
- Smoking is only permitted in outside areas of the property.
