This stunning and incredibly affordable 4 bedroom mediterranean style villa sleeps 8 in comfort (and up to 10) and is located in the prime tourist area of Chaweng.
This villa is perfectly located for guests to enjoy everything that the major tourist hotspots of Samui has to offer. It is located a mere 4 minute drive to the famous CHAWENG BEACH with it’s vast choice of bars and restaurants. FISHERMAN’S VILLAGE is no more than a 5 minute drive away. The TESCO Supercentre and the CENTRAL Shopping Mall is only 3 minutes away.
This beautiful villa sits on a small hill overlooking the township of Chaweng and it consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms, large open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The exterior part of the property consists of a generous sized terrace with a large private infinity pool, sun loungers, a sala and dining tables and chairs. The villa has a full time cleaner who lives onsite as well as a villa manager who is on call to take care of your every need and provide you with assistance with any aspect of your holiday.
This villa is extremely well equipped and will suit families or large groups who would like to enjoy the Chaweng beachside lifestyle.
We do recommend that guests hire a car (which we can pre-book for you upon request) to explore everything that Koh Samui has to offer. Alternatively, we can recommend local drivers who can pick you up directly from the villa and take you anywhere that you would like to go.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
All 4 ensuite bedrooms feature Double or King sized beds. On the upper level, one of the bedrooms also has a single bunk bed. There is also a foldaway bed. Therefore the total capacity of the villa is 10 guests. Note that pricing is based on up to 8 guests. Additional guests are charged at USD 30 per person per night.

TERMS
Airport or Ferry terminal transfers are available and will be quoted by the Villa Manager after arrival details are provided.
A USD 300 security deposit (or other currency equivalent) is required at check in. These funds will be refunded in full at check out, so long as there is no damage to villa.
Only those guests registered at check-in are permitted to sleep at the villa. Any additional guests will be charged at 1,000 baht per person per night, payable at check out.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability.

This villa is the perfect island retreat for families or a group of friends. However please note that the owner prohibits excessively loud music/noise or any other anti-social behaviour that is likely to disturb neighboring properties.
