This delightful and very affordable 2 bedroom villa sleeps 4 and is located in the prime tourist area of Chaweng.
This villa is perfectly located for guests to enjoy everything that the major tourist hotspots of Samui has to offer. It is located a mere 4 minute drive to the famous CHAWENG BEACH with it’s vast choice of bars and restaurants. FISHERMAN’S VILLAGE is no more than a 5 minute drive away. The TESCO Supercentre and the CENTRAL Shopping Mall are only 3 minutes away.
This beautiful villa sits on a small hill overlooking the township of Chaweng and it consists of 2 ensuite bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The exterior part of the property consists of a generous sized terrace with private infinity pool, dining tables and chairs. The villa has a full time cleaner who lives onsite as well as a villa manager who is on call to take care of your every need and provide you with assistance with any aspect of your holiday.
This villa is extremely well equipped and will suit a small family or a group of friends who would like to enjoy the Chaweng beachside lifestyle.

TERMS
- We do recommend that guests hire a car (which we can pre-book for you upon request) to explore everything that Koh Samui has to offer. Alternatively, we can recommend local drivers who can pick you up directly from the villa and take you anywhere that you would like to go.
- Also, if you would like us to pre-purchase some items prior to your arrival such as milk, bread, coffee, tea, cereal, fruit, beer etc., please let us know and we’ll make sure that these items are in the villa in advance of your arrival. Guests should reimburse us for these expenses upon arrival. Such expenses are charged at cost price (shopping receipts shown) plus 20%.
- Airport or Ferry terminal transfers are available and will be quoted by the Villa Manager after arrival details are provided.
- A USD 150 security deposit (or another currency equivalent) is required at check in. These funds will be refunded in full at check out, so long as there is no damage to villa.
- Electricity, water and gas usage is included in the nightly rate.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability.
