One Kingsize room resides in its own private pavilion, the airy open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining room are located in the second pavilion and the third pavilion hosts the final two bedrooms – one Queensize bedroom and a Twin bedroom. Although these two bedrooms are not adjoined, they are located in a perfect position for parents who like to be close to their little ones through the night.
Tropical outdoor living comes naturally to the Thais, and this villa is set up to allow it’s guests to also enjoy and make the most of this fabulous lifestyle! An outdoor sala with lounge seating for those that like shade, or the sun deck with sun loungers for those who enjoy basking in the sun; both situated ideally to allow parents to relax there while keeping an eye on the young ones splashing around in the pool – which is complete with a childrens play area! The main living pavilion is open and airy, with high ceilings, ceiling fans and a wall of patio doors which slide open providing seamless access and wonderful views out to the patio, pool and gardens.
The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player along with comfortable seating and the patio directly outside offers al fresco dining opportunities – watch the stars as you indulge in some delicious Thai cuisine!
The kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook up a feast for your family, and on request a BBQ can be supplied. However, if, like us, you think you deserve to be pampered on your holiday and would prefer to let someone else do the hard work while you concentrate on having fun with your loved ones, then the Resident private chef can be called upon to come in and tantalise your taste buds! A daily housekeeping service is included, and you will have access to a full team of considerate and competent staff, who will be on hand throughout your stay when called upon, to help make this a superb holiday filled with memories to cherish!

CONCIERGE SERVICES
A full time private villa manger will be on hand throughout your stay. Part of the duties the manager will offer is to cover a comprehensive concierge service, for guests who require assistance with car hire, chef services, massage, laundry, excursions and activities, tour bookings, and general advice on what to do and see in Samui. The english speaking Manager will be very happy to help throughout your stay in any way she can to make your holiday the best it can be!
LOCATION
This property is located on the popular North East coast of Koh Samui, on the hillside in Choeng Mon. Only a 10 minute drive will take you into the centre of Chaweng – the largest town on the island and within a 5 minute drive you can be strolling along beautiful Choeng Mon beach.
In Choeng Mon town you will find many options for dining & shopping, and the nearby Chaweng has a vast array of nightlife, dining and shopping options. The location of this property is also easily accessible to many of Samui’s top attractions; football golf, beautiful beaches, ATV adventures, water parks, safari tours, water sports, stunning temples including Big Buddha, boat tours and much more are all on offer close by!
Fishermans Village, in Bophut (approximately a 15 min drive) is a beautiful, quaint beachfront township offering a fabulous mix of trendy and traditional. As well as the array of dining, bars and shopping the village offers daily, twice a week they host their “Walking Street Markets” which always creates a lively buzz of action in the town – some of the main streets are closed to traffic for this event and instead the streets are lined with market vendors offering a fabulous range of food, drink, clothes and souvenir shopping.
This property is a 5 minute drive from Samui International Airport and for golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is only a 15 minute drive away.
TERMS
- Daily housekeeping service
- Dedicated housekeeping staff, may live on-site and access to a full team of staff on request
- Daily continental (cold) breakfast included in the price. Cooked breakfasts are not available.
- Linens/towels/pool towels are changed every 3 days
- Airport transfers are complimentary (one round-trip per booking)
- Unlimited WiFi available throughout the property
- 1 Baby cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge. More may be available on request.
- A USD 500 security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit must be paid in cash, Credit Card deposits are not accepted. This is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the villa. All damages must be paid for, even if exceeding the amount of the security deposit paid.
- Rates shown are for up to 6 guests (including children but excluding one infant under 2 years). Additional guests are charged at USD 60 per person per night. Maximum 8 guests plus an infant in baby cot.
- Please note that due to the location within a Residence, Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour
- Kids from 0-2 sleep free with parents or with baby cot. Kids 3 years or above must be allocated with an extra bed.
- Check-out time is 11:00, Check-in time is 15:00. Early arrival and late departure may be accommodated depending upon availability of the property at the time of arrival and/or departure.
- Only Clients stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests.
- A communal tennis court, a 5 minute walk from the property, is available for complimentary use
- Events are possible, at an additional charge. Events must be discussed and approved by Management prior to booking
- No fireworks or lanterns permitted within the grounds of The Residence.
- Strictly no smoking in any indoor areas of the property.
RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Private chef services charged at 1650thb + 10% service charge per meal plus cost of groceries to prepare any meals ordered (charged at net cost +10% service charge, with a minimum charge of 600thb)
- The staff will be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay so that they are already in the villa prior to your arrival. Items are charged at net cost +15% service charge – minimum charge 600thb
- 5 Star Western Chef services are also available (please ask us for rates)
