Open-plan lounge/dining area with folding doors to sea view terrace. One further bedroom (with 2 small single beds) allows up to 10 guests in total.
The villa also offers safety deposit box, Fiber optic internet, Panasonic blue tooth system, 42″ smart TV, and DVD player are provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

Outside the kitchen door you will find a washing machine and gas BBQ. The villa has private infinity pool with sundeck and bubble spa overlooking Ban Rak bay. A MASTER BEDROOM FIT FOR A KING
Fabulous master suite with 32″ smart TV, and en-suite bathroom offering his and her basins , double shower and a Jacuzzi bath tub. There are two further double bedrooms, one with stunning sea views, the other with its own shaded balcony overlooking the garden.
The fourth bedroom is located poolside and has amazing views across the bay. This has two single beds & nearby separate toilet and shower facility. The fifth bedroom also poolside and has a queen size bed and has an shared on-suite bathroom.
The villa offers complimentary cleaning/Maid Service once week, bed linen is changed weekly, pool towels changed as necessary.

- As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $300 or 10,000 THB (cash only).
- Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
