This stunning villa boasts an enormous 8,000 square feet of living space and is set on 1 acre of landscaped gardens and tropical forest. Located just 400 meters walk to beautiful Bang Por Beach.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, huge pool deck and spacious living areas including a games room complete with a pool table, foosball table, and a variety of other popular games. There is also an outdoor ping pong table which is extremely popular with guests.
The relaxing living area contains an enormous sofa and a television with surround sound system and satellite service.
This is truly a spectacular villa which is perfect for large families and groups.
⭐POOL WITH GIANT WATER SLIDE
The stunning 92 square meter infinity pool and jacuzzi is complemented by an amazing 78 meter long double loop water slide which plunges directly from the top floor balcony to the pool.
The poolside terrace is fully furnished for outdoor dining and lounging. A barbecue is also provided for guest use.

⭐IN-VILLA DINING
The villa has permanent on-site staff who can provide you with optional breakfast, lunch or dinner.
A full menu for breakfast is available for only 165 Thai Baht per person. Lunch and dinner is available on request at very reasonable prices. Chef services should be booked in advance with the villa staff.
⭐LOCATION
Bangpor is a beautiful, idyllic beach side township on Koh Samui’s north coast. It has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars and water sports.
Chaweng Beach is only a 20 minute drive away. Here you’ll find a comprehensive range of bars, restaurants and shopping.
For golf lovers, Santiburi Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive away.

⭐TERMS
▶ Water & Gas usage is included in the nightly rate.
▶ Guests pay for electric at a rate of 6 Thai Baht per kilowatt used. Meter readings are taken at check-in and at check-out. Guests need to pay for their electric usage in cash to the Villa Manager at check-out. As an indication, most guest groups spend around 1,500 to 2,000 Thai Baht per day on electricity but it can be higher if guests do not switch off important facilities such as air conditioning units when not in use.
▶ Airport transfers are available for 700 Thai Baht each way per vehicle. Please note that if you are a large group we will need to arrange 2 vehicles for you.
▶ Linen and Towels are provided.
▶ 2 x baby cots are available free of charge if required.
▶ Pricing is based on 10 people staying at the villa. Up to an additional 3 guests are charged at EURO 25 per person per night. The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests + 2 infants.
▶ The water slide operating hours are between 9 am and 8 pm daily.
▶ Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas of the property.
▶ Villa cleaning service is provided every third day (see House Rules). Linen and towels changed every three days. At check-out, guests are required to leave the villa in a tidy condition. This includes putting all rubbish in the bins provided and ensuring that all kitchen dishes are cleaned and put away. Guests who do not leave the villa in a tidy condition will be charged for additional cleaning costs.
▶ At check-in, guests are provided with an initial supply of bottled water, oil, vinegar, salt, toilet paper, soap and cleaning products for the kitchen and washing machine. If guests need more of these items they can purchase them from local stores.
▶ A security deposit of EURO 500 (or equivalent currency) will be collected on arrival and will be reimbursed to guests on departure provided that there is no damage to the villa.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
▶ NO YOUNG PARTY GROUPS
Management prohibits young party groups from booking this villa. If guests are not transparent about this at the time of booking they may be refused entry at check-in/asked to leave the premises, with no refund provided for their stay.
To be clear, this villa is only suitable for families and other appropriate groups.
