This luxurious 5 bedroom villa is located in the stunning Maenam hillside, with sensational ocean views and a huge swimming pool. This spacious villa has several unique social areas, perfect for families, couples or a group friends. Just 5 mins drive to Maenam Town and Beach.
Built over 3 levels, this unique 5-bedroom property offers a mid-level open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which opens onto a sprawling sun deck with large private pool featuring swim-up bar and shady viewing pavilion, the perfect place to take in the views. This level of the property also offers two king-size bedrooms, opening onto the pool area, each with open ensuite bathroom facilities.
Upstairs are two extremely spacious Master suites each offering king-size beds with private bathrooms, opening onto the upstairs terrace offering soft seating and a coffee table looking onto the tropical views.
To the front of the pool, on the basement level of the property, a fifth family bedroom offers a double bed and bunk bed. This bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, equipped with open ensuite bathroom and opens onto a large sundeck to the front of the poo. Please note that this room has an open-plan bathroom so it is much better suited for younger children)

BEDROOMS

- Master bedroom 1 is beautifully furnished with built in King size teak bed and a walk in wardrobe. A sliding glass door leads from this bedroom to the upstairs terrace social area. The walk-in wardrobe reveals the entrance to an extremely spacious en-suite master bathroom complete with an oversized bathtub, contemporary design shower and twin glass washbasins.
- Master bedroom 2, also with beautiful built-in King sized bed and wardrobe, leads to the pool-side area and to an en-suite bathroom (a double-doored bathroom, also accessible from outside).
- Bedroom 3 has a dark-ash modern design, King size bed and matching furnishings.
- Bedroom 4 has twin single beds (can be pushed together to form double bed on request) and matching built-in furnishings in teak.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have adjacent shared bathrooms.
- Bedroom 5 has a King Size Bed and a Bunk Bed with open plan bathroom.

- Airport transfers are charged at 600 THB per car/minibus per way for up to 7 guests.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Breakfast cooking/preparation service available for an additional service charge of 100 Thai Baht per person per day (min. 4 persons, rate excludes cost of ingredients)
- Dinner cooking/preparation service available for an additional service charge of 100 Thai Baht per person per day (min. 4 persons, rate excludes cost of ingredients)
- Shopping Service available for an additional service charge of 100 THB per shopping trip (please note that shopping by motorbike so only a limited amount of shopping can be done)
- Food delivery service from local restaurant available for additional service charge of 100 THB per delivery
- Car or scooter rental available at extra cost.
- Minibus taxi service available on request (cheaper than local taxis)
- Minibus with driver available to rent for 400 Thai Baht per hour (minimum 4 hours) on request.
TERMS
- A cash 20,000 Thai Baht security deposit (or currency equivalent) is required at check-in. This is refunded at the end of a guests stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm. These times may be flexible subject to availability.
