This delightful 3 bedroom villa is located in a tranquil, secure estate in prestigious Choeng Mon, close to many of Koh Samui’s most famous beaches and attractions. When quality and location matters, this villa is really the perfect choice.
Design and modern touches make this three bedroom, three bathroom villa perfect for a family or a small group of friends. It is fully air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans throughout.
The ground floor consists of an open concept kitchen, dining and living area which is comfortably furnished with rattan sofa and chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa. The very practical western kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and electric kettle to make breakfasts a pleasure. This floor also includes a bedroom with Queen size bed and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, there are two beautiful bedrooms, furnished with Queen sized beds, ample closets and en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom also has a safe.
The outdoor pool terrace is a place where guests usually spend the majority of their time. This stunning oasis includes a 6 by 4 metre triangular shaped private pool, bar, dining area and pool loungers. All located within a serene and peaceful environment. A wonderful place to sip on a late afternoon cocktail !
BEDROOMS
3 Bedrooms, sleeps 6 comfortably. Each bedroom is completed with contemporary matching furniture, wardrobes and individually selected art. All linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are supplied.

1 Queen-size, Bed, Walk-in Wardrobe Built-in Electronic Safe, ceiling fan and air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with rain shower.
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-size Bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with rain shower.
- Bedroom 3: Located on the ground floor: 1 Queen-size Bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning, separate bathroom with rain shower.
LOCATION
Choeng Mon is a beautiful, idyllic beachside township on Koh Samui’s north-east coast. It has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars and water sports. It is one of the most picturesque, tranquil and family-safe beaches that you will find anywhere in Koh Samui. Hop on the local “Song Tow” bus and head five minutes down the coastline to Bophut and Fisherman’s Village where there is an amazing selection of restaurants and beach front bars where you can sample delicious Thai and International cuisine. Enjoy browsing through the stores for Thai handicrafts, silks, exotic summer clothes and art. You can book a scuba diving or snorkeling expedition, or take a boat out to the Anthong National Marine Park or Koh Phangan. Racquet sports and a world-class golf course are also within easy reach.
As an added convenience, Koh Samui’s International Airport is a mere10 minute drive away.

RENTAL RATES EXCLUDE
- Airport Transfers @ 700 baht per vehicle each way.
- Private Thai chef services @ 1,500 THB per setting (plus ingredient cost + 20%). 24 hours notice is usually required for this service.

- Babysitting, massage & spa services (available on request)

- Car / Bike rental can be arranged
- Electricity is charged at 5 baht per unit. Meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of the guest’s stay.
- Taxis / Van hire can be arranged as required by guests.
OTHER
- We would be happy to pre-purchase food and beverage items in advance of your stay so that they are already in the villa prior to your arrival. Items are charged at cost price plus 20% (receipts provided).
- A security deposit of 10,000 baht (or equivalent currency) is required at check-in. This is returned to the guest at the end of their stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
- Under no circumstances will groups of more than 6 people be allowed to stay in the villa.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability.
- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
- Please note that the Management prohibits excessively loud music / noise or any other anti-social behaviour that may disturb the enjoyment of other guests in the estate.
